Looking at the five out of ten children I got assigned to develop, I have started storyboarding the three that I am most comfortable with at this point and feel that can applied to the final story. The two at the top I feel are going to be fairly long and especially the top one might have some editing added in the final story to divide up the time and make the scene more funny, while the last one will be fairly short and quick, so it can be a fast gag to break up some of the other, longer gags. I still have at this point two more storyboards to do, with one characters story being changed to it might take a bit longer to create.

Sound Experiment 04

 Today I decided to record some more natural sounds, this time seeing how the sound of wind would sound through a window before I recorded it outside, as I think the slight whistling noise through the window would make it sound more interesting, I am planning on collecting more natural sounds, but I wanted to see how it would sound before I progressed onwards in case the background noise was too much in comparison to the wind and ruined it.  For the second sound for my second image, I wanted to continue to find something more sharper so I tried to record the sound of cactus spikes, particularly if I ran my fingers through it, as it makes a very sharp, high pitched sound that I think could work better, especially if I could replicate the sound to reflect the more smaller portions of the image.  Lastly I wanted to try and collect a more electronic sound for image one, to match its sharp, electric colours so I wanted to start by recording a microwave, as I thought is humming noi

Premise: Room Design and Development

After finally deciding on a character design for the lead in my story, I decided to take that design and explore I will approach the environment where the story will be set. I wanted to look at making the room look very dull and also mismatched and dated to suit the juxtaposing feeling it has against Drew and how they feel being within the environment and how it feeds into their feeling of loneliness. I want ed to have an obvious focus toward the room looking old and not suited for Drew by looking at dated carpets and duvet designs to show how ill suited the room if for them, so I mainly focused on 50's patterned and designs. I also wanted to explore how I could structure the bed before finally comparing how I wanted the room to look colour wise. I am struggling to decide whether the rom looks good or bad against all the unflattering colours and designs, and as well which room conveys the idea I had for it the most effectively (e.g it previously being a young girls ro
